Dear customers, our company provides returns and exchanges of goods of good quality in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law, which gives you the right to return or exchange goods that do not fit within 14 days from the date of purchase.
Goods from the list approved by the Cabinet of Ministers of March 19, 1994 No. 172 are not subject to exchange and return.
Exchange and return of goods of good quality
You can exchange an item of good quality for a similar item. The exchange of goods is carried out within 14 days, not counting the day of purchase, provided that the goods were not in use, their presentation, consumer properties, seals, factory labels are preserved, and there is also a sales receipt or cash receipt or other document confirming payment for the specified goods. The absence of a cash receipt or other document confirming payment does not deprive you of the opportunity to exchange the goods.
In case of refusal of the buyer from the goods of good quality, the cost of delivery of the goods and sending it back is paid by the buyer.
Conditions for returning goods of inadequate quality.
Note:
Measurements for models in the description are given as a guide and may vary.
Shades in color, print (especially floral prints) can be changed by sewing
factories without warning, as well as decorative elements
(jewellery, belts, stitch pattern, etc.).
Please note that a product of good quality may have a slight difference in such structural design elements of the product as:
color tone,
lace Pattern,
design of buttons and other fasteners on the product,
asymmetry of the fabric pattern on the seams of the product, subject to the requirements for the execution of seams,
cut the details of the product from coupon fabric not in full accordance with the advertising sample.
All these are NOT defects or signs of improper quality of the goods and are acceptable for products.
