Wholesale Sales

Our store specializes exclusively in wholesale sales. Products are sold only in factory packaging. Details regarding the number of units per package and sizes are listed in the product description.

Minimum Order Amount

The minimum order amount is 500 UAH. The total amount of products in the cart must be at least 500 UAH.

Payment Methods

We offer three payment options:

  1. Full Payment — 100% prepayment of the order amount.
  2. Cash on Delivery — 50% prepayment is required, with the remaining amount paid upon delivery. The Nova Poshta delivery service charges an additional 2% fee for cash on delivery.
  3. Online Payment by Bank Card (Google Pay, Apple Pay) — an additional fee of 1% applies.
  4. Payment by cryptocurrency "USDT" - 100% prepayment of the order amount.

Delivery

Delivery is carried out across Ukraine via Nova Poshta. Delivery costs are paid by the buyer. However, orders over 15,000 UAH are delivered free of charge, provided full prepayment is made and the delivery is sent to a Nova Poshta branch.

Delivery Time

Once the order is confirmed by our manager, the product is shipped within 1-2 business days. The delivery time depends on the distance and takes between 1 and 3 business days.

Returns and Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are possible only in the case of manufacturing defects. If you receive a defective product, please contact our manager within 7 days of receiving the item. Claims for defects after this period will not be accepted. In the event of returning a non-defective product or failing to collect the item from the post office, the shipping cost for both directions will be deducted from the prepayment. Refunds are made by credit card within 7 days after receiving the goods.

Working with VAT

Our company can work with VAT or without it. Prices on the website are displayed without VAT. If you need an invoice with VAT, please inform the manager after placing the order.
