Wholesale - we only deal in wholesale. Our products are sold only in factory packaging, the quantity of the product in the package and the dimensions are indicated in the description of each product.
Minimum order amount - we set a minimum order amount of UAH 1,000. (The total order in the basket must be at least UAH 1,000)
Payment - You can choose one of two payment methods: full payment (payment of 100% of the order amount) or cash on delivery (cash on delivery), in which you pay 50% of the order amount, and the Nova Poshta delivery service takes an additional 2%.
Delivery - we deliver throughout Ukraine using the Nova Poshta delivery service. The cost of delivery is paid by the buyer. Orders over UAH 15,000. - delivered at our expense, with full prepayment and delivery to the Nova Poshta branch.
Delivery time - after confirmation of the order by our manager, we ship the product within 1-2 working days. The delivery time depends on the distance and can be from 1 to 3 working days.
Returns and exchanges - returns and exchanges of goods are possible only if the goods have manufacturing defects. If you received a product with defects, please contact our manager within 7 days of receiving the product. After this deadline, applications for marriages will not be accepted. If you return a high-quality product or do not pick it up from the postal operator's office, the cost of delivery to both parties is deducted in full from the prepayment.
