  Orders are accepted daily from 8:00 to 20:00, seven days a week.

  Assembly of goods in the warehouse from Monday to Friday, (Saturday according to the workload of the warehouse) from 8:00 to 12:00.

  Sending orders (delivery to the warehouse of the transport service) from Monday to Friday, (Saturday according to the workload of the warehouse) from 15:00 to 16:00.

  The total minimum order amount is from 1000 UAH.

  Important!
  When receiving a parcel at Nova Poshta, carefully check the integrity of the package.

  If there are visible defects in the packaging, we recommend that you check the contents of the package directly in the office.
  If there is a shortage of goods, immediately draw up an act of claim to Nova Poshta for the amount of the missing goods.

  You can pay for goods in several ways:
  Full payment on the card. Details will be sent to you by the manager after confirmation of the order.
  Cash on pickup. Relevant only for the city of Kharkov.

  
  You can make cashless payments through terminals (please indicate your full name), Privat24, PrivatBank cash desks. If you pay through other banks, be sure to present us with a payment receipt, as transfers occur within 3 banking days.

  We ship the goods only after the agreed payment amount has been received on our card.
